How to Heal Pokémon in Pokémon GO

In Pokémon GO, your Pokémon can get injured during battles with wild Pokémon or other players. If your Pokémon’s HP (Health Points) drops to 0, it will faint and be unable to battle. You can heal your Pokémon using Potions, Revives, or by training them.

Using Potions and Revives

Potions restore your Pokémon’s HP. There are different types of Potions, each with a different potency. The higher the potency, the more HP your Pokémon will recover.
Revives bring your fainted Pokémon back to life. There are different types of Revives, each with a different potency. The higher the potency, the more HP your Pokémon will recover upon being revived.

You can obtain Potions and Revives from PokéStops, Gyms, and by leveling up. You can also purchase them from the in-game shop.

Training Your Pokémon

Training your Pokémon at Gyms is another way to heal them. When you train your Pokémon, they will gain experience points (XP). As they level up, their HP will also increase.

To train your Pokémon at a Gym, you must first defeat the Pokémon that is defending it. Once you have defeated the defending Pokémon, you can then place one of your own Pokémon in the Gym. Your Pokémon will then earn XP each time it is defeated by another player.

Other Healing Methods

Incubators can be used to heal your Pokémon while they are walking with you. Incubators come in different varieties, each with a different healing rate. The higher the healing rate, the faster your Pokémon will recover HP.
Berries can be used to heal your Pokémon by a small amount. Berries can be found at PokéStops and Gyms.
