How to Delete a Promotion on Instagram
Instagram promotions are a great way to reach a wider audience and grow your business. However, if you find that a particular promotion is not performing as well as you hoped, you may want to delete it.
Step 1: Open the Instagram app
To delete a promotion, you will need to open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
Step 2: Tap on your profile picture
Once you have opened the Instagram app, tap on your profile picture in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Tap on “Promotions”
On your profile page, tap on the “Promotions” tab.
Step 4: Select the promotion you want to delete
On the “Promotions” page, you will see a list of all of your active promotions. Tap on the promotion that you want to delete.
Step 5: Tap on “Delete Promotion”
On the promotion details page, tap on the “Delete Promotion” button.
Step 6: Confirm deletion
A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete the promotion. Tap on the “Delete” button to confirm.
Your promotion has been deleted
Your promotion has now been deleted. You can check your “Promotions” page to confirm that it has been removed.
Tips
- You can only delete promotions that you have created.
- Once you have deleted a promotion, it cannot be recovered.
