How to Change Delivery Address with UPS
Whether you’re moving to a new address or simply want to reroute a package to a different location, UPS offers a convenient and secure way to change the delivery address.
Step 1: Find Your Tracking Number
The first step is to locate your UPS tracking number. You can find this number in the email confirmation you received when you placed your order, or by logging into your UPS account.
Step 2: Go to the UPS Website
Once you have your tracking number, visit the UPS website at www.ups.com.
Step 3: Track Your Package
Enter your tracking number into the field on the UPS website and click “Track.” A detailed view of your package’s status will appear.
Step 4: Click “Change Delivery Address”
On the package status page, you will see a button that says “Change Delivery Address.” Click this button to proceed with the address change.
Step 5: Enter the New Address
On the address change page, enter the new delivery address. You can also choose a different delivery option, such as holding the package at a UPS store or scheduling a delivery appointment.
Step 6: Confirm the Changes
Once you have entered the new address and selected your desired delivery option, click “Confirm” to submit your changes.
Step 7: Track Your Package Again
After you have changed the delivery address, you can track your package again to see the updated status. The new delivery address will be displayed on the package status page.

- You can change the delivery address up to the day before the scheduled delivery date.
