How to Cancel Dropbox Subscription
If you’re no longer using your Dropbox account, you can cancel your subscription and stop being charged for the service. Here are the steps on how to do it:
1. Sign in to your Dropbox account
Visit the Dropbox website and click on the “Sign in” button. Enter your email address and password to log in to your account.
2. Click on your profile picture
Once you’re logged in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear.
3. Select “Settings”
From the drop-down menu, select “Settings”. You’ll be taken to your account settings page.
4. Click on the “Billing” tab
On the left-hand side of the screen, click on the “Billing” tab. This will show you your current subscription status and payment history.
5. Click on the “Cancel subscription” button
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Cancel subscription” button. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
6. Confirm your cancellation
In the pop-up, click on the “Cancel subscription” button again to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be canceled immediately and you will no longer be charged.
Additional Notes
* If you have any unused storage space, it will be deleted once your subscription is canceled.
* You will have access to your files for 30 days after canceling your subscription.
