How to Stop FaceTime from Lowering Volume on Mac

FaceTime is a great way to stay connected with friends and family, but it can be frustrating if the volume keeps lowering when you’re using other apps. Here are some steps you can take to stop FaceTime from doing that:

1. Check your audio settings

The first thing you should do is check your audio settings. Make sure that the volume is turned up all the way and that the “Lower volume of other apps” option is not checked.

Open the “System Preferences” menu.
Click on the “Sound” icon.

Make sure that the “Volume” slider is turned up all the way.

2. Reset your FaceTime settings
